iv.    Organise on-site home/office visits for quotations

We will then collect details you provide pertinent to the reservation, delivery, quotation, or repairs. This information is likely to include your given name, contact details such as your email address, telephone or mobile number, and home or office address (where required). This data will only be kept if it helps us to meet your specific requirements.

v.    To verify (and honour) the warranty status of any product(s) you purchase from us.

No information will be collected without your consent. Through accepting the terms of this policy, it will be understood that we have your consent to collect your information and use it in the aforementioned ways.
You can withdraw your consent at any given time. 

V.    Sharing your Information

We do not share personal data with any third party(s) with the exception of:

i.     Our partners Daikin AC in the case where a quotation, installation or repair of an air- conditioning unit(s) is requested. 
ii.    Out-sourced repair work of any domestic appliances where a third party company is used.

VI.    How long we store your data.

We store some of your data for a certain period of time depending on your own specific requirements. In order to honour any warranty on any products you purchase from us, or when you reserve or order a product(s), require a delivery, or in the case you require a repair job, we store personal data you provide us, such as your name and email address; we may store any such data for between a 1- 3 year period. If you require any clarification or further information about the time frame we retain your data, then please contact our Data Protection Officer; information about how to do this is stated below in (VIII).

VII.    Customer Rights

Customers always reserve the right to:

i.    Ask us whether we hold your personal data (details about how you can do this are stated in (VIII)). 
ii.    To request a copy of any personal data we may hold.
iii.    To withdraw your consent for us to hold your data, and in doing so, request that we delete (to the extent possible) and where required by law any of your data we may hold. 
iv.    To change, update or correct any of your data.
